ABOUT ME

I am a versatile and dynamic employee, adept at managing multiple projects while deriving satisfaction from achieving the unachievable and pioneering innovative solutions to business problems.  I am fueled by continual learning and captivating projects that enable me to overcome challenges.  My natural skillset at delivering engaging presentations, coupled with my intuitive understanding of people and situations around me, support my ability to inspire and influence teams and individuals.  I lead with honey before the sting, seeking to build cooperative relationships and momentum through a vibrant spirit and exceptional communication.  This collaborative framework most commonly generates diverse viewpoints and fosters fresh perspectives, although I am keen to balance this with continual forward movement, avoiding “paralysis through analysis.”

 

In short, I lean on vitality, innovative thinking, an empathetic nature, and an inclusive decision-making style to facilitate a dynamic and inspiring work environment.  I am a driving force within collaborative teams, most eager to accept challenging work streams that require an adventurous spirit and an ability to inspire stakeholders around me to accomplish unlikely goals.

Pitching a new idea, winning the room over, followed by successful implementation of a lofty project that many shied away from is my ideal day at the office.
